Akai breaks down the barriers and cost of solar batteries with our state of the art wall mounted 5.1kWh LiFePo4 Lithium (LFP) battery modules. Rated for more than 6000 cycles, which is 16 years of continuous operation, and an unobtrusive package designed to mount discreetly on an exterior wall. Up to eight batteries pair with a single inverter for capacities between 5 and 40 kWh of storage.

The Akai system is sized right for the majority of homes. The 7kW solar panel array is designed to power your home during the day and fully charge your 10 kWh of battery capacity so you can ideally use all this power each night. This generates the maximum return on your solar investment, and you are not spending more than you need to. The consistent savings means your investment in the Akai system will typically pay itself back within 5 years, and double your investment every 5 years thereafter. If you consume a lot of electricity, you can opt for larger battery capacity, up to 40kWh.
